Hello all,
On last few days a lot of customers start to complain about mail delivery delays. They said it was taking hours to receive emails from certain senders. Investigating it, I've found out that some domains try to re-send the email blocked by the greylisting using another server, and so it gets blocked again, and it tries again using yet another server, and another server, and another server... and all servers get blocked by greylisting and the message is not delivered , or takes several hours.
That's happening to a lot of domains including Google... what can I do? I had to disable greylisting for now.
Please check the mail log bellow, for one of the senders that can't deliver (sender is @regus.com). That's just one message that was sent on 15:10 yesterday and I got it just now, 00:05. 11 hours later.
