Hi there,
I have a user which quota is at the limit (10GB). Checking the home directory of this user with "du" shows me that it has in total only 2.4GB. Now I thought maybe he owns other files/DBs which are responsible for that quota usage. To find the culprit I wanted to check "Disk Usage" under "Administration Options" but unfortunately I only get an endless loading Icon (which after a really long time ultimately leads to an HTTP timeout). When I try to check this for other users on the same server I get the same problem. I have other nearly identical Servers with Virtualmin installed were "Disk Usage" works as it should.
So two questions:
1) Is there an alternate way (maybe with the command line?) to see why the user's quota is 10GB?
2) Is there a way to troubleshoot and maybe fix the problem with "Disk Usage"?
Thanks for the help!
After some time and some Virtualmin updates I'm still facing this problem. I work around it by increasing the user's quota more and more but this is really no good workaround so I'd still be interested in troubleshooting this problem.
