Problem with subserver

Hi, i am new with virtualmin but not so new with IT. I was a ispconfig user but i wanted to try virtualmin. Everything went good to installation, installed in VM. I created a new Virtual server, working good. I have edited the template for subservers 'Add sub-domain DNS records to parent domain' to yes. Everything look good but when i try to access the sub server it show nothing... only error message that it doesnt exist.

I tried all the available tips from the forum here but with no luck. Any help?

Howdy,

Are the nameserver records at your domain's registrar pointing to your Virtualmin server? Or is DNS being hosted at a third party?

If it's at a third party, be sure to add those DNS records there.

Howdy,

Are those the DNS records on your Virtualmin server?

What you'd want to make sure of is to verify where the nameserver records at your domain name registrar are pointing.

If they aren't pointing at your Virtualmin server, the DNS records setup in Virtualmin wouldn't actually matter.
