existing and new virtual hosts are No showing in webmin

Hello,

I have about 30 virtual servers but suddenly on a few (less than 5) virtual hosts are recognize by webmin's apache configuration, i can not open the website option on each virtual hosts except that are recognize by webmin below is the error i am getting

Website options cannot be edited, as no Apache virtual host for billing.techgates.lk port 80 was found!

Here is the virtual server validate results of one server

Setting up log file rotation .. .. no logging directive found in webserver configuration!

Creating MySQL login .. .. done

Creating MySQL database test_lk .. .. done

Creating Webmin user .. .. done

Re-starting DNS server .. .. done

Applying web server configuration .. .. done

Re-loading Webmin .. .. done

Saving server details .. .. done

Websites are working, i have checked the httpd.conf everything looks fine, i could see all the virtual hosts.
