Missing php config for virtual host

Hi, updated to the latest Version of virtualmin/webmin and now encounter strict PHP Errors. By setting error reporting in php main config file and restarting apache, it won't make any difference.

Now i found out, that one virtual host has the option of php under services where i can edit the php config just for that host.

The other one, which throws those strict php errors at me hasn't. So how to get this option for the other host back, so i can set this correctly to not show strict errors?
