Virtualmin users can have multiple PHP versions installed per instructions on https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/web/multiplephp, however unfortunately if you go to Webmin > Others > PHP Configuration page then you see the only /etc/php.ini file there.
I'd like to request to add all the PHP configuration files that exist on a Virtualmin system. For example, the configuration file for PHP 5.5 (on a Viarutlmin system with multiple PHPs) is at /opt/rh/php55/root/etc/php.ini and for PHP 5.6 is at /etc/opt/rh/rh-php56/php.ini. I don't think it would be difficult to change the UI to list all PHP configuration files.

Good suggestion - this will be in the next Webmin release.
