Site main folder problem

Hi again guys. and thank you about your previus solulions that you gave me.

ok i am having this problem... i am making one server. lets say napoleon.com. After i am making one subserver let's say frc.napoleon.com. at public_html i want to hav a program that runs at the backround and the main page to be let's say at public_html/program/public/index.php

is that possible ? ?
