virtualmin or webmin repository to use ?

So lastly i logged into virtualmin and see:

Warning ! Webmin version 1.791 is now available, but you are running version 1.782.

but the virtualmin repo has a webmin package and i am at the last version possible. It seems that the 1.791 version is on the webmin repo. So i am lost as there is 2 repo and the virtualmin one reports status of package on webmin repo. So:

• should i install the webmin repo also and let debian find the last one between the two repo
• should i stay only with the virtualmin one but then why is that warning appearing ;p

what is the way to stay secured and compatible with the virtualmin package ?
