NEED HELP! Server hacked??? (postfix trying to send thousands of messages constantly)

Site load times are very slow and I noticed that postfix is filling up with thousands of messages every few minutes.

Many show "(delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with..." or "(delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with..."

How do I find the problem and fix it?
