Let's Encrypt Multiple Domains per request

Is it possible in the Virtualmin Let's Encrypt tab to request a certificate good for multiple domains? I only ask because each subdomain I make uses the same SSL certificates and I am unable generate the certificate for one domain on its own due to the site running on it.
