PPPOE internet connection with static IP

Hi guys, yesterday I installed a server in a location and I encountered the following situation:

  1. Server (Debian8 and Virtualmin)
  2. Internet connection: Static public IP with PPPOE at ISP server to access the internet.
  3. In order to run the internet i has to install pppoeconfig & dependencies to get out in the internet.

All good, except that the pppoe module permanently rewrite my resolv.conf file to update with the ISP DNS servers and I can't add the 127.0.0.1 to run BIND properly.

Any ideas how I can resolve that situation?
