Domain "Catch All" for Non-Existent Virtual Servers Help

Hello I was wondering if you could help me with this. I am looking to setup in my server a "catch-all" for all incoming domains that are not already in my server as a vertual-server.

For example lets say the domain "bob.com" has name servers pointing to my server but I do not have any DNS records for "bob.com". Right now my server displays a "Server not found" error in the browser but I would like it to display the contents of the site "default.com" which does exist in my DNS records and displays properly in a browser.

Would this be done with an Apache server, Bind server, etc? How would I go about doing this in virtualmin/webmin.

Note: I have already explored Webmin->Servers->Apache Webserver->Create virtual host to see if I can create a default option for anything not caught by an existing Vertual Server but I cannot get this to work with any variation of the options on this page.

Is there somewhere else I should be doing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
