License renewal failed but is paid

Dear Developers,

Urgently need your help. a few minutes ago I renewed my license for Virtualmin. It seems that this failed. What happened is that my license expired a year ago. A long time ago I replaced my Pro license for the GPL version. Now I wanted to buy a license again this failed. It seems that the license has been extented for the past period for with I did not had access to the Pro version. This is incorrect.

Please change my license to be valid a year. Need to have access now but certainly do not want to pay twice for my usage.
