Quotas Grace Period not functioning normally

Hi,

The Grace Period setting for virtual server owners doesn't seem to regulate soft limits correctly. With the owner's storage over limit, I get a disk space warning email from my system indicating the number of grace period days left, but the number has stayed at "6days" for the past 10 days.

Does this feature work?
