Creating user with Webmin makes user not as made with sudo adduser- cant tab autocompleteor left right up down previous commands

Creating user with Webmin makes user not as made with sudo adduser- cant tab autocomplete or left right up down previous commands or make any commands. Not working CD, LS, history. I needed to delete user from webmin and folder then in cli to make sudo adduser and it was only then working user with all commands.
