How to use virtualmin transfer-domain and exclude the content of the /home/mywebsite/

Hi, I'd like to know how to use "virtualmin transfer-domain --domain example.com --host replica.yourdomain.com --pass XYZ --replication --output --overwrite" but without copying the content of the server's home directory. It's because i'd like to use rsync to have the same files in my server 1 and server 2 and this way avoid Virtualmin to work on compress de data between servers.

Thanks in advance. My Virtualmin version is: 4.18.gpl with Ubuntu 14.04
