Hello:
I am running CentOS Linux 6.6 and Virtualmin version 4.13.gpl GPL.
Trustwave PCI has failed me fof an unsupported version of mysql.
Webmin reports mysql 5.1.73-3.el6_5 is installed, and says that is the latest.
Trustwave is looking for mysql 5.2.
Will this be updated?
Thanks, Bill
Howdy,
Your server is just using the latest version of MySQL available to your distro. The only real way to upgrade that would be to upgrade to a newer distro.
That said, your distro would backport any bugfixes and security updates to the MySQL version it ships, so you'd be using a secure MySQL version.
