Hi I had set up a vps of 4 gb ram and 2 gb swap space and 40 gb memory , Now i plan to downgrade my server to 2 gb ram and 20 gb memory , Is this possible in virtualmin , Thanks.
How was your VPS initially setup? Was your VPS setup by a provider? Or do you manage the host system your self, configuring the VPS either manually or perhaps using Cloudmin?
Hi Andreychek , Thanks for your Reply , We providing vps hosting service for our customer , we need to downgrade our service for the single customer vps , how can i proceed this. We are configure using cloudmin.
If you used Cloudmin -- what you can do is go into Resources -> Resource Limits, and there you can set "Maximum memory allocation" to change how much RAM is available.
To resize a disk, you can go into Resources -> Manage Disks, and click the disk in question.
You would need to reboot the guest after making those changes.
Howdy,
