Php-fpm load problem & F5 Problem

hi, dedicated server cpu php-fpm rising to 40% How do I solve this problem?

  1. and the most dangerous problem, I have the same problem and the same problem in sitesinde my friend and I looked at a few other places. Hold down the F5 key as the CPU is doing almost the ceiling and closing sites. How do I solve this problem? olurmusunuz helpful?

system: webmin: centos 6.6, php 5.6.9 , varnish, memcacded + wordpress, w3 total cache.
