Roundcube Change Password

Good evening everyone :) I'm having a bit of trouble setting up the change password plugin for roundcube, on the latest version. I've followed the instructions given to get it working for a previous version but alas it doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone offer any updated instructions to get it to work please ?
