Nginx and PHP-FPM with Virtualmin

Hello!

I'm reading this tutorial: https://virtualmin.com/node/34427

Is really necessary to make the STEP 6? To make all my websites running with PHP-FPM?

And if I keep with TCP Connection all my created account will run under the PHP-FPM, right? No need to configure in the future?
