Setting up Varnish on a Virtualmin Server

We've received some requests for how to setup Varnish on a Virtualmin server.

While Virtualmin doesn't have built-in support for managing Varnish, with a little manual configuration, it's possible to get Varnish working on a Virtualmin server.
