unable to edit php.ini in virtualmin

HI,

i am unable to edit the php.ini changes. i changed in the etc/php.ini and also in home/domain/etc/php5/php.ini

But the changes are not be reflected when i see on the php files.

i am using phpinfo() in the php file to display the php information. the max_upload_filesize remains 2M always.

Dont know whats going on.

Details are below of the server:-

PHP execution is = FCGI.

Webserver= Nginx

CPU= Xeon E2 1240

PHP version= 5.3.3

OS= Centos 6.4
