Howdy all,
A domain restore bug was discovered just hours after release of version 4.15, so we're doing it again with 4.15-2. The only change in this version is fixing the bug that leads to an error when restoring a domain with a MySQL database. Specifically, it produces an error like this:
/tmp/.webmin/489118_12323_1_restore.cgi/test.com_mysql_dbtest does not exist
This possibly also leaves the domain in an undefined state, where restoring again will fail with an error about already existing information for that domain. If this has happened for you, and you need assistance cleaning that up, let us know. I don't know off-hand exactly what that will entail, as we were focused on fixing the underlying problem before tackling cleaning up the fallout. But, it won't be anything serious or complicated (probably just removing the user and maybe some metadata from the Virtualmin configuration). We'll likely right up a quick forum post about that, once we see what it actually looks like.
Thanks to everyone who let us know about this issue, and gave us data and access needed to fix it.
Please upgrade to 4.15-2 before doing any domain restores.
As always, let us know if there are any issues with the new version.
Regards,
Joe
