New Virtual Server creation error

If I try and create a new virtual server in Virtualmin I get the following error;

Performing other Apache configuration .. .. configuration failed : Could not find any values in section PHP at /usr/share/webmin/web-lib-funcs.pl line 1397.

This seems to be preventing php from running on the newly created server. Is there a way i can restore the corrupt data / resolve the issue?
