Backup failing with permission denied error

Hello,

I have configured backup to backup all features of my websites to a backup hard drive. The full backup works fine however the incremental always fails with the following error. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Failed to open /home/xxx/domains/xxx/.incremental : Permission denied at ../web-lib-funcs.pl line 1397, line 1.
