Lots of question marks instead of utf8 characters viewing database

Hi,

When I view data in a table: Virtualmin 4.13: Edit Databases > manage > view data

It shows lots of question marks ?????? instead of utf8 characters!!! Sorry I couldn't upload the screenshot here. The link : http://92.222.150.50/virtualmin_utf.jpg

Any idea how to resolve this?
