Hello,
Is there a way to pass additional parameters to the mysqldump? If not, can this be implemented? An extra textfield or even better a textarea where the needed additional parameters could be added would be just fine.
sometimes i need things as --add-drop-database and --databases added
regards Jan

Are you looking for this in the MySQL module of Webmin, or in Virtualmin?

Hello Jamie
In the webmin module please.
Maybe other people would like it in the virtualmin module, but i make backups with the all databases button at the bottom of the webmin module.

Would it be enough to be able to set the extra mysqlbackup flags that apply to all backups?

It would for me, i only use the all databases backup on the main screen. Never single databases backups.

Ok, in the next Webmin release you will be able to specify additional params to the "mysqldump" command on the Module Config page of the MySQL module.

It's on the Module Config page - you can now add extra parameters to the path to the mysqldump command.
