WHMCS not creating accounts in virtualmin

Hi, I am trying to setup WHMCS with virtualim however I can`t seem to make whmcs create accounts on virtualmin.

I have configured everything correctly and whmcs seems to "see" virtualmin because it displays "server status" correctly.

The template name and plan name are exactly the same on both.

I have whmcs installed on the same server as virtualmin thus the same IP. Could this be the issue?

When I press create or suspend in whmcs I get this error: Error: "

" it appears exactly like this with the header tags.
