ubuntu 14.04 - Dovecot IMAP/POP - connection to storage server failed

After upgrading to Ubuntu 14.04 I am unable to login via POP/IMAP/Roundcube. Then I restored the following files

10-auth.conf.ucf-dist to 10-auth.conf 10-mail.conf.ucf-dist to 10-mail.conf 20-pop3.conf.ucf-dist to 20-pop3.conf

Now I can login. but mailbox is empty.

Solved.

/etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-mail.conf:

mail_location = maildir:~/Maildir
