Possible bug in Compose Email section - related to Compose HTML

Compose an email. You will be redirected to Compose Email page. Message Text text area has an option [Compose HTML], use it. Now you can rich your message with HTML/CSS functions.

Issue 1: Click [Save and Edit] button. You will loose your formatting and also [Compose HTML] disappears.

Issue 2: Click [Save as Draft] button. Go to Draft folder and select the message and edit it. You will loose your formatting and also [Compose HTML] disappears.
