Send all unrouted emails for domain to an email address

I came from cPanel to Virtualmin and learning.

There is a feature in it called "Set Default Address" which will "catch" any email that is sent to an invalid email address for your domain. Checkboxes are:

  • Discard with error to sender + Failure Message
  • Forward to email address to email address ...

How can I do this in Virtualmin? I am getting a lot of SPAM with my domain but I would like to forward all these emails to an special account then admin account.

Is it possible?

Howdy,

What you can do is create a new mail alias, and set it up as a catch-all.

To do that, go into Edit Mail Aliases -> Add an alias to this domain, and in there, set the "Name" field to "All mailboxes".

Once you do that, you can configure it to forward to another account, or to bounce.
