I don't see the Virtualmin 50 renewal in your account yet -- if you didn't actually order that yet, we can handle that a different way, if you like.
Since a Virtualmin 50 renewal amounts to about $5.40 a month, I can simply apply the Virtualmin 10 that you purchased to your existing license, extending it by 8 months (actually, we can round it up to 9 months).
Of course, if you prefer to be refunded, and to buy the Virtualmin 50 renewal, that's fine too :-)

Howdy -- we're happy to help!
It looks like you have two licenses, a Virtualmin 10, and a Virtualmin 50.
The Virtualmin 50 is what is expired.
It looks like you purchased a Virtualmin 10 renewal though.
Are you hoping to downgrade your Virtualmin 50 to a Virtualmin 10?

It looks like it just took a moment for your order to show up. I've applied your Virtualmin 50, and we'll refund you your Virtualmin 10.
Thanks for renewing!

Since your license was expired, it can take up to an hour before you're able to access the Virtualmin repository using that information.
It should all be working great for you at that point though.
