Failed to start BIND : Starting named: [FAILED]

Hello everyone, hope you are doing fine and can help me a little.

New to this and having issues with this module.

I am running CentOS 6.4 x64 Virtualmin/Webmin, Nginx.

When running the "checking configuration" I also get the following msg, dont know if it is related but it says is good to go and I dont really understand what it is trying to tell me since IPv6 seems to be disabled.

I went trough different other related post but none of them seem to worked... Thank you for your time.

Howdy -- it appears that you're using Virtualmin GPL there... the best place to obtain support when using Virtualmin GPL is using the forums, which you can access using the "Forums" link about.

When creating a new Forum post, let us know what happens if you run this command on the command line as root:

/etc/init.d/bind9 restart

Also let us know the output of this command, which will show if something else is listening on port 53, since there aren't any errors listed in the logs you shared above:

netstat -anlp | grep :53
