I hope this is in the right place. In Virtualmin I'm adding a user to the domain so that he may access webmail, my problem is that when I add the guy the name is formatted guysname.myname so to log in he has to use his name then . then myname. I assume this is the default behavior, is there some way to change that?
I don't know what it'd be called and thus am having a hard time googling an answer.
Howdy,
You can indeed change the username format.
To do that, take a look at System Settings -> Server Templates -> Default -> Mail for Domain -> Format for usernames that include domain.

Thanks Eric, that did the trick. I deleted the old user account and recreated it. Now if I can just figure out why he can send mail but can't receive it I'll be golden!
