Hmm, that message is normally seem by going into System Settings -> Re-Check Config... it's part of the output there, and just says that your server has enough RAM.
Every time I log in it says that I need to recheck the configuration, when I do it then displays the message. Where you suggested I go gives the same result.

Aha -- the key is the error Virtualmin is throwing... not the first message regarding to the RAM, but the second one regarding DNS.
If you fix that DNS issue I think that'll resolve the issue you're seeing there.
