spamassassin: attempt to rm channel cf file, clean up during Cron failed, Permission denied

spamassassin error: Cron test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily )

Virtualmin GPL, debian Wheezy, Help needed.
Message error warning received bellow:
