Filemanager Error When Running with SSLv3 Only

I'm seeing some trouble with the Java filemanager in Webmin -> Other -> File Manager.

By default, it's fine.

But when configuring Webmin to use SSL protocol 3 only, I'm seeing this error in the Java console:

Failed to get language list:javax.net.ssl SSLException:Received fatal alert: bad_record_mac

The error goes away when I reconfigure Webmin to use the "Detect Automatically" option for SSL, rather than forcing version 3.

This came up during PCI Compliance scans -- apparently, SSLv2 is considered obsolete, and systems won't pass a PCI scan with SSLv2 enabled.

But my customers love the file manager and would love for a way to get that working :-)
