Filter out e-mail that has ZIP attachments with double extension filenames inside

Hi,

What would I have to do to filter out e-mails that have ZIP attachments where inside is a file such as clickheretogetinfected.pdf.pif?

Right now, at least in Poland, there is proliferation of such spam/scam e-mails and they would be easily marked as spam if I only could see inside the ZIP file.
