During creation of master zone file it showing warning "Failed to create master zone: File /var/lib/bind/redefor.org.hosts alre"

Hello,

During creation of master zone file it showing warning +++++ "Failed to create master zone : File /var/lib/bind/*******.hosts already" +++++

But when i checked the master file is DNS server it is not showing any zone file for the domain "******.com".

Can you please help us in this regard.

Howdy,

Is your BIND service using a chroot'd directory?

If so, the zone files could be in another path.

One way to determine that is to look in Webmin -> Servers -> BIND -> Module Config, and there, what is the "Chroot directory to run BIND under" option set to?
