How virtual server owner can disable/enable his VS?

There is an admin allowed capability "Can disable virtual servers", but this does not seem to offer that feature. The admin has no means for disabling his VS, and if the VS is disabled, he cannot access it.

How to use this feature?

Thanks

I haven't tested this, but I'm assuming that "Can disable virtual servers" refers to sub-servers that the owner of the respective top-level server created.

I don't think a virtual server owner can dis-/enable their own virtual parent server (since that would possibly also disable their Webmin login), that's only for the master admin.

Yes this lets them disable sub servers, I had a tinkery friend who had an account on one of my servers who did this.
