There are a few out there, though I'd prefer to find one that supports Markdown (which is the default input format for our forums...this is the format used by Reddit and Stack Overflow, among others, so it's pretty widespread). I haven't looked into it lately, but we are upgrading to Drupal 7 soon, so I'll spend some time seeing if there's a nice Markdown editor we can add to the forums. There will be some other updates to the forums at that time, as well.
