Webmin Domain users cannot admin Databases...?

Hi Folks,

Using Virtualmin / Webmin to administer a bunch of client domains (i'm a webmaster) ...

In setting up individual domain admin access thru the domain's admin login (webmin, port 1001), it seems the domain owner has a very limited set of controls to work with, and oddly enough, cannot access or manage databases for his own domain.

Is this something that can be customized or changed, or is it a built-in limitation of Webmin?
