Failed to create table : SQL create table

Tried restoring a website from backup which failed at the database stage not able to make the table actions? I then tried to do it manually and got this Failed to create table : SQL create table actions (tet varchar) failed : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1.

It seems to happen if i create a test database the try and create a table, any solutions?
