New setup. Error installing WHMCS via script

I have just installed Virtlualmin on my digital ocean droplet. I created a domain for my hosting website and tried to install WHMCS using the script included with Virtualmin GPL. I get the following:

Found http://software.virtualmin.com:80/download/whmcs_v5215.zip in cache ..
Found http://downloads2.ioncube.com:80/loader_downloads/ioncube_loaders_lin_x86-64.zip in cache ..

Configuring webserver PHP settings ..
.. already done.
Applying web server configuration ..
.. done

Now installing WHMCS version 5.2.15 ..
Account creation did not succeed

Any idea what I might be missing?
