phpMyAdmin - No Privileges Tab

Hi,

I have installed the phpMyAdmin script on one of my virtual servers in Virtualmin.

When I enter in phpMyAdmin panel, I don't see the privilege tab.

Then when I try o create a new database, it appears a mark in red which says "no privileges" and consequently I can't create any database or create a new user for an existing database.

Any support is highly appreciated.
