I can't seem to figure out how to allow a Virtualmin server "owner" the ability to create mailing lists.
The Account Plan has "Automatic, based on initial features" enabled for Allowed Virtual Server Features, and "Mailman" is checked in the "Owner Limits" settings for the server. But nothing shows up when the owner is logged in under "Server Configuration" for mailing lists?
How does an Owner administer mailing lists?
