VM2 Xen instance won't start up, server down.

hello After a host reboot, one of my XEN instances in VM2 wont start. This is the message:

Starting up da-vrt001.digital-adventures.nl ..
.. failed :

Using config file "/xen/da-vrt001.cfg".
Error: VM name 'da-vrt001' already in use by domain 1
