SSL Certificate Problem... Apply Signed Certificate Hangs and then stops request... CA Certificate times out upon save.

I enabled SSL support on one of my virtual servers. Went to Manage SSL Certificate. Clicked Create Signing Request, filled it out, generated it... got it sent to certificate authority and they gave me my files.

I pasted the cert in on apply signed certificate and it just hangs for a second while saying " Configuring webserver to use new certificate and key .." and then the request just stops and doesn't say finished or anything... if I go back to Manage SSL Certificate now it still says "Self-signed" with none of my information specified correctly.

When I try to do the same with CA Certificate it doesn't say anything while it hangs and then connection times out.

Any tips? CentOS Linux 6.4 Webmin 1.660 Virtualmin 4.03.gpl GPL Apache version 2.2.15

Hi,

That's strange... I've not had problems with this type of procedure myself ever that I can remember.

If you'd like, I'd be happy to help resolve the issue over a TeamViewer session. Drop me a line if you're interested.

What would you charge for this? I don't have much funding for support costs.
