New CentOS VM

I decided to try to create a new CentOS VM with Cloudmin/Xen. Following the instructions here : http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/cloudmin/vm/making-images

I was able to get it running and get to it via the graphical console. It would get through the initial setup to the spot where it begins to format the drives. At this point it would crash and go back to the initial initial text based installer screen. It did this to me nearly a dozen times.

Suggestions?
